Snyder Ranch will share their methods for controlling invasive species while managing for a diverse and productive native prairie that benefits ranch operations, livestock production, wildlife, and the longevity of the tallgrass prairie.

Using goats to manage brush and sericea lespedeza on tallgrass prairie rangelands, including:

The use of 500 Nanny Goats on Snyder Ranch since 2020, 365 days per year.

Use of goats since 2011 on other south-central Kansas grasslands.
