Never send any forms, signatures, personal information, nor financial or business information to TLA via Email.
Email is vulnerable to all forms of web-based security threats.
Digital Documents, Online (Web-based) Forms, and Communications
All TLA Digital Documents, Online Forms, and Communications are fully encrypted - in transit over the internet, as well as at rest on the TLA cloud and on TLA devices.
Our encryption meets both HIPAA BAA digital encryption Compliance and Protection Standards, as well as FERPA Compliance Requirements. Although TLA is not required by law to protect your digital data and personal & business information at these high standards, your privacy and protection is our utmost priority and thus we implement and follow these standards.
Additionally, all TLA Digital Documents, Online Forms, and Communications meet GDPR May 2018 Compliance Requirements.
Physical
TLA keeps any and all printed documents that contain personal, business, or otherwise identifying information about any individual or entity under lock and key at all times. When any information needs to be discarded, it is destroyed as soon as it is removed from under lock and key.
